Valley Resorts has secured planning permission for the next phase of development at the Towan Valley resort in north Cornwall.
The company intends to build 44 holiday homes overlooking the Cornish cliffs on the former mining site, alongside a new leisure facility featuring a pool, sauna and gym.
The first phase of Towan Valley saw a collection of eco-style cottages delivered, which are available for rent.
