Vastint UK has commenced construction of a new seven-storey building offering 75,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and almost 7,000 sq ft of flexible ground floor retail and leisure space, at Aire Park in the heart of Leeds’ South Bank.
The building has been designed by architects Cartwright Pickard and sits on the corner of Waterloo Street and Hunslet Road.
Vastint is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification for the building, which is due to complete in early 2025 and has already been pre-certified for a WiredScore Gold accreditation and WELL Building Gold.
