Vistry Group has agreed a deal with Sigma Capital Group to deliver 153 rental homes at the Linby Meadows residential scheme in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire.
The homes form part of Vistry’s wider 763-home scheme, which will comprise two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, maisonettes and apartments, of which 269 will be affordable.
The remaining 341 homes will be available on the open market through Vistry’s Linden, Bovis and Countryside Homes brands.

Once built, these homes will be available via Sigma’s BTR brand, Simple Life, offering the local community high quality, professionally managed, pet friendly homes to rent.
