Vistry has appointed Gareth Roberts as managing director for its Merseyside and Cheshire west region.
Roberts (pictured), who has more than 25 years of industry experience, spent 14 years at Taylor Wimpey, where he worked as financial director for the North West region, and later became managing director of Keepmoat Homes North West region.
More recently, he was managing director at Gleeson Developments, initially leading the Manchester and Merseyside regions before taking on responsibility for Cumbria.

His extensive experience across a range of housing delivery models, combined with his strong financial and operational leadership skills, will add great value as we continue to deliver much‑needed homes across Merseyside and Cheshire west.”
