Vistry has secured planning consent to deliver 177 affordable homes in Chelmsley Wood, Solihull, in partnership with Solihull Council.
The new development, which will be built on a 4.5-hectare site that was formerly home to Simon Digby school, will feature two-, three- and four-bedroom family homes, as well as one-bedroom maisonettes. The approved plans also include a play area, a nature trail and beautifully designed public open spaces.
The new homes will be manufactured off site using open panel timber frames from the Vistry Works East Midlands factory in Leicestershire.
