Warrington-based Wain Estates has appointed three new members of staff as it continues to grow its fast expanding land promotion division.
Senior project manager Dean Fisher, land manager Luke Hopkins and land and planning surveyor Amelia Lewin have been recruited to work alongside Wain Land Promotion managing director Angela Heaney.
Heaney said: “The pace of work at Wain Estates Land Promotion has ramped up in the last six months and I am delighted to welcome three more key members to the team as we continue to deliver our portfolio and expand our reach.
“We have had notable successes, pushing into new areas and developing strong relationships to secure new sites and this will continue. Our people are key to this and it is an exciting time as we build a team based on the Wain ethos of integrity and doing the right thing.”
