Watling Real Estate has strengthened its national team with the recruitment of two surveyors in the firm’s Leeds office.
Jack Whiting and Max Foster have joined the business to support Watling’s North East team. Whiting, who graduated from Northumbria University in July 2025 with a BSc (Hons) in real estate, is currently working towards his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a chartered surveyor.
Foster is currently completing his professional placement year with Watling as part of his BA (Hons) business management degree at Northumbria University. Prior to joining the firm, he achieved the Certificate in Commercial Real Estate (RICS).
Andrew Foster, joint managing director of Watling Real Estate, said: “Jack and Max are very welcome additions to our Leeds office, covering Yorkshire and the North East. Our wide ranging portfolio of work is growing and working as part of our team they will gain real, hands-on experience.”
