WeWork has agreed a deal with the European Medicines Agency (EMA) to remain at 30 Churchill Place in Canary Wharf.
The flexible workspace company will continue to operate its 286,000 sq ft flagship location in the tower, which it sub-let from the EMA after the agency left the building in 2016 following the Brexit vote.
WeWork has also teamed up with indoor golf club Pitch to offer a state-of-the-art modern golf club experience at the building. Pitch Wharf, which is due to open in January next year, will span 14,500 sq ft and comprise 11 golf bays, an academy offering golf lessons, two bars with a lounge, a world-exclusive retail store and a restaurant.
