The Women’s Super League Football (WSL Football) has signed for 2,500 sq ft of managed office space at MetSpace’s Clerkenwell site.

The site is the league’s first dedicated office since it became independent last year.

Georgie Acons, head of business management at WSL Football, said: “After researching our options and consulting with our agents, we realised a managed space would be the best fit for our needs. MetSpace stood out for its flexibility and the support they offer growing teams like ours. This is our first office since setting up as an independent company and marks a significant step in our journey.

“It enables us to build on the foundations we’ve laid for our own identity and culture. Moving offices can be daunting for a small team, so having a managed provider like MetSpace to guide and support us has been invaluable. We’re excited to settle into our new home and continue growing from here.”

Ashley Diamond, chief operating officer at MetSpace, added: “We were pleased to support Women’s Super League Football at such a key moment in their growth. The top flight of women’s football is going from strength to strength, and finding the right workspace to match the WSL’s needs was crucial. It’s been a pleasure working closely with the team to provide a space that reflects their ambitions and values.”
