Xodus Group has signed a 10-year lease on 10,139 sq ft of space at M&G Real Estate’s The Capitol office building in Aberdeen.
The global energy consultancy has taken the fifth floor of the building and with the sixth floor currently under offer there is now circa 20,000 sq ft of space to rent over levels two and three.
