St Modwen Logistics has acquired circa 150,000 sq ft of urban logistics space across four units in West Bromwich for an undisclosed price.
The units are located on Doranda Way Industrial Park and are fully let to pallet manufacturer CHEP UK, plumbing merchant Wolseley, wooden panel distributor Falcon Panel Products and heat treatment specialist ADI Treatments. The park sits adjacent to junction one of the M5 motorway, and in close proximity to the M40 and M42 motorways. The seller of the units was undisclosed.
