Valor Real Estate has appointed Glencar to deliver the 109,031 sq ft Valor Park Enfield industrial and logistics development in North London.
Located at Millmarsh Lane, the design and build project will feature a high-specification industrial warehouse with ancillary office accommodation, service yard and car parking. Valor is targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating for the facility.
Enabling works commenced in June 2026 with the main construction contract beginning next month. Completion is anticipated in April 2027.
