Birchwood Real Estate Capital has appointed Edward Raynor from Eastdil as an associate in the firm’s six-strong real estate lending team.
Raynor will work on sourcing and underwriting new opportunities for Birchwood as it expands its financing activities in the UK and Europe. Prior to Eastdil, Raynor held positions at Starz Real Estate and Morgan Stanley where he was involved in real estate and loan portfolio transactions.
