Railpen has purchased the 50,474 sq ft Coral Park Trading Estate in Cambridge for an undisclosed price. The estate comprises nine units and is fully let to tenants including Halfords, Wolseley and Royal Mail.
Railpen owns a number of properties in the local area such as Cambridge Retail Park, Devonshire Gardens and the 309,000 sq ft Botanic Place prime office development, which it acquired in September last year.
