Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has recruited Andy Riach and Richard Williams as directors to jointly lead the firm’s Birmingham agency team.
Riach was previously a director within JLL’s national agency team and Williams is the former head of Colliers’ Birmingham office agency.
Ryan Dean, head of transactional services at LSH, said: “Both Richard and Andy are well known in the market and will further strengthen our existing agency credentials. They have significant experience and will bring a breadth of new clients to the firm whilst assisting with our national occupier mandates.”
Riach added: “LSH’s track record in the regional office market speaks for itself and I’m excited to be joining a team of talented individuals committed to further growth.”
Williams said: “I am looking forward to teaming up with Andy and other colleagues throughout the wider LSH network as we continue to grow and evolve our agency offer.”
