Real estate investor Fabrix has bolstered its investment team hiring Hayden Scillitoe as vice president from Blackstone and Judge Williams as senior associate from Goldman Sachs.
Scillitoe (pictured) spent five years at Blackstone where he was a senior associate in the real estate acquisitions group with a focus on opportunistic equity investments across Europe.
Williams worked for Goldman Sachs for six years, spending two years in M&A investment banking and four years in special situations investing within the asset and wealth management division.
Clive Nichol, CEO at Fabrix, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Hayden and Judge to the team at this hugely exciting point in time for Fabrix as we strengthen our investment capabilities alongside launching new strategies.
“It was clear throughout the recruitment process that not only are they outstanding investment professionals with experience within the highest calibre private equity businesses, but they also align with Fabrix’s ethos of investing in real estate that is highly progressive in addressing the economic, social and environmental issues of our time.”
