Property consultancy Rapleys has announced a raft of senior promotions. Dan Tapscott, head of neighbourly matters; Daniel Cook, head of automotive; and James Porter, head of building surveying in London have become equity partners.
Natasha Bray, head of neighbourly matters in London, has become a partner; Charles Alexander in the residential division has been made associate partner; and Jamie Miller and Tom Seckington, also in the residential division, plus Joshua Ambrus in the planning team, have been made associates.
Alice Ray and Ali McInroy have become joint head of office in Alconbury; Jane Nichols has been made head of Birmingham; Liz Locke (pictured) is now head of Bristol; Caroline Emile Head is head of London; and Jo Ann Mellor has been made head of the firm’s Manchester office.
