Shopping centre development and asset manager Sovereign Centros has hired four new members of staff following a significant growth in business.
Poppy Radford (pictured) and Noah Knapton have been appointed asset managers, Joseph Rooney joins the company as an investment analyst and Muhammad Khan joins as a management accountant.
Radford, who previously worked for JLL and CBRE IM, will manage a variety of Sovereign Centros projects with a particular focus on leasing. Knapton joins from the John Lewis Partnership and will primarily work on Gateshead’s Metrocentre.
Rooney, who was previously a fund analyst with Centuria Capital in Australia, will support business planning, acquisition review and the ongoing financial analysis of assets, and Khan – who previously worked for five-star hotel chains – will be involved with the day-to-day financial aspects of a number of the group’s major projects.
Chris Geaves, chief executive of Sovereign Centros, said: “We have had a very strong start to the year and these new recruits will greatly strengthen the team.”
