Vuba Chemical Innovations has taken two industrial units totalling circa 12,000 sq ft at Showground Business Park in Bridgwater.
The units were recently comprehensibly refurbished by the private landlord owner and there are currently two additional units available at the park capable of accommodating requirements from 4,750-12,500 sq ft.
James Purdy, operations director at Vuba, said: “We are delighted to have secured a position at the Showground Business Park. The quality of the refurbishment fits in line with our brand image and the location cements our presence within the South West, a major growth market for us.”
Alex Quicke, surveyor in the industrial and logistics team based in CBRE’s Bristol office, joint agents at the park with Alder King, added: “Bridgwater is becoming an increasingly popular destination for both logistics and manufacturing occupiers. It’s easy access to the M5 and Hinckley Point C, both of which add to the appeal of the location for national occupiers looking to expand in the South West.
“Somerset Council’s exciting plans for Bridgwater, in addition to the recently reported major manufacturing investment at Gravity Business Park are likely to boost the area’s appeal and demand for Bridgwater as an industrial location only further for both growing and established businesses.”
