Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust (AIPUT) has leased the recently completed 27,760 sq ft Black Arrow warehouse at its Blackthorne Point logistics campus, to the west of Heathrow’s Terminal 5, to international freight forwarder EFL Global.
Black Arrow is projected to achieve a minimum of BREEAM Excellent and EPC ‘A+’ ratings and will be net zero carbon in operation.

Construction of the warehouse was carried out by A&H Construction and was managed by Northland. AIPUT’s leasing representatives were JLL, DTRE and Logix.
