Leisure real estate advisory business Stärka has appointed Lauren Gavaghan from Bruntwood as acquisitions and development consultant.
Gavaghan worked as a development manager at Bruntwood and prior to that she enjoyed spells at Cityheart and Genr8 working on the delivery of some of the largest regeneration projects in the UK. She started her career at JLL in the retail and leisure agency team.
At Stärka, she will provide strategic advice on leisure, hospitality and placemaking for clients, in addition to using her experience to provide development and regeneration consultancy to landlords, developers and local authorities.
