Sunderland-based Avant Homes North East has appointed Michael Lynch from Dandara as finance director.
Lynch has more than 30 years’ experience in accountancy within the housebuilding, manufacturing and automotive sectors and in his new role he will be responsible for Avant Homes North East’s financial reporting, controls and operational analysis.
Lynch said: “Avant Homes has a clear strategic expansion plan for further developing the business across the North East. I have joined a highly experienced team and look forward to playing my part in enabling the business to continue on its growth trajectory.”
Don Anderson, Avant Homes North East managing director, added: “Michael is an excellent addition to our business who has the necessary experience and commercial acumen to lead our finance team. He will play a pivotal role in further enabling our growth throughout the region.”
