European last-mile real estate specialist Valor Real Estate Partners has made four promotions as it looks to double its assets under management to €6bn in the next three years.
Jeremy Achkar, who joined Valor in 2018 from Lazard’s New York-based real estate M&A group, has been promoted to senior vice president, investment. Achkar leads all investment activity in the United Kingdom and Ireland and since joining Valor has overseen the deployment of more than €1.5bn across circa 50 transactions in the UK.
Timour Wielemans has been promoted to vice president, investment. Wielemans joined Valor in July 2019 as an intern, before joining the expansion markets team.
Miles Muthu, who joined Valor in May 2021, has been promoted to vice president, finance and operations, and Adrien Gornard has been promoted to associate, asset management.
