Railpen has signed two new tenants at its 150,000 sq ft Octimum Business Park in Woking.

The business park is now full following the 14,315 sq ft leasing deal with Perform Logistics and the 15,907 sq ft deal with Fury Design Agency – both on 10-year terms.

John Morton, asset manager at Railpen, said: “Demand for quality industrial and logistics space in Woking is very strong, with the town’s strategic location attracting a wide range of occupiers seeking easy access to the UK’s motorway network, Heathrow and Gatwick airports, and the extensive local workforce. These two signings, which mean Octimum is now fully let, and our refurbishment and upgrade programme is delivering significant long-term rental growth.”

Neil Mason, founder and managing director of Perform Logistics, added: “We needed high quality, accessible space to accommodate our growth, and Railpen’s investment in Octimum has provided us with everything we were looking for and more. Expanding into Octimum puts us in a very strong position to continue to develop the business.”

Hurst Warne and Curchod & Co acted for Railpen, Logix represented Perform Logistics and Fury Design Agency dealt direct.
