UK real estate asset management and development company Quadrant has appointed Alice Vaughan from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) as associate partner.
At URW, Vaughan was responsible for leasing deals across the company’s UK portfolio. In her new role, she will support Quadrant’s asset management team with its out of town retail real estate.
John Maddison, partner at Quadrant, said: “Alice will be invaluable as we maximise value from our existing out of town retail assets and as we seek to grow with new opportunities in the space. We welcome her to the team.”
