MRP has been selected as master development partner on Belfast’s £500m GDV Weavers Cross mixed-use development.
The company was selected by Translink – Northern Ireland’s public transport provider – to deliver the 1.3m sq ft scheme, which will offer office, life sciences, residential, student housing, hotels and retail/leisure space in the heart of the city.
The development sits alongside the new Belfast Grand Central Station – a NI executive flagship project, which is the catalyst for Weavers Cross. Construction of the integrated transport hub is well underway and the hub is due to open in 2025.
