Bestir has signed for a 9,831 sq ft unit at Canmoor’s Insignia Park in Dunstable on a 10-year lease. The coffee machine service and distribution business has taken Unit 2, which offers 7,770 sq ft of warehousing and 2,061 sq ft of office space on the first floor.
All of the eight units at Insignia Park, which is located on Luton Road, have been built to BREEAM Very Good and have an EPC A rating. There are solar PV panels on the roofs of the units and EV charging points, with enhanced heating and cooling systems and low energy LED lighting.
Patrick Clews, asset manager at Canmoor, said: “This is a strategic location for business space serving London, the South East and a national and international marketplace, with excellent connectivity at a dramatic price, differential to London. As such, we have had great interest in the units with the park now 63% let and we are very pleased to welcome Bestir as the latest occupier to make Insignia Park their home.”
