Delancey has secured planning permission for the construction of two industrial units totalling 131,311 sq ft at Patchway Enterprise Park in Bristol on behalf of client funds.

Units 10a (88,266 sq ft) and 10b (43,045 sq ft) are located just under a mile from junction 17 of the M5 motorway and three miles from the M4/M5 interchange. Delancey is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A rating for the units.

Matt Ellis, asset manager at Delancey, said: “We welcome the opportunity to again expand and improve the offering at Patchway Enterprise Park, one of the South West’s premier distribution locations. Units 10a and 10b will not only meet the highest sustainability standards, but also bring much needed, high-quality industrial and logistics space to the area.”

Delancey was advised by Knight Frank.
