Vistry has secured planning consent to deliver 226 mixed-tenure new homes at its new Kings Brook development in Conisbrough, South Yorkshire.
Located on Old Road, the scheme will transform former agricultural land into a sustainable neighbourhood featuring a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. In partnership with Sage Homes, 109 homes will be delivered as affordable housing alongside 117 private homes.
The development will feature 16 house types built using a blend of traditional masonry and timber frame construction methods and offer a wide choice of homes for first-time buyers, growing families and downsizers.
Rob Spittles, regional managing director at Vistry East Yorkshire, said: “Kings Brook will create a thriving new community providing high quality new homes for local people. By delivering a mix of private and affordable housing, alongside attractive green spaces and sustainable features, Kings Brook reflects our commitment to creating successful new neighbourhoods where people want to live. Its excellent location, close to both Doncaster and Rotherham and with easy access to key transport routes, means the development will appeal to a broad range of new residents.”
