BW: Workplace Experts has bolstered its design and build team with three new hires. Barnaby Smith and Dan Glater have been appointed as project directors and Chloe Xidhas (pictured) has taken on the role of operations manager.
Andrew Bradley, managing director of BW: Workplace Experts said: “Barnaby, Dan and Chloe join the BW team at a time when our design and build division, established just 18 months ago, is growing at pace. From a standing start, the team is already on track to deliver £8m of projects across London.
“These strategic appointments will support the next stage of growth, with the business already on course to hit its £220m year-end target. Between them, they bring a vast amount of design and build experience, which will help us to deliver on our goals to not only achieve surety of design and delivery, which includes a mission to achieve ‘Defect Free@Practical Completion’ on every project, but to do so with integrity, setting the example for the industry.”
Steve Elliott, BW chief executive, added: “When we established BW, it was with a vision to eschew the values of more traditional fit out companies by innovating and disrupting the market. The same is true in design and build. We’re happy to be the plucky underdog encouraging change in the industry and our recent results for the year ending 31 December 2022, which show 50% growth in turnover to £216 million, show it’s working.”
