CBRE has appointed Lesley Holloway from NatWest Group as head of corporate ESG for its UK and Ireland advisory business.
At NatWest Holloway led and implemented the bank’s strategy across its global business, achieving net zero carbon for its own operations in 2020 and climate positive in 2022. Prior to NatWest she served as head of services sustainable development at ABN Amro.
In her new role she will be responsible for further developing and leading the delivery of CBRE’s ESG strategy and programme.
Allan Wickham, head of occupier ESG at CBRE, said: “Lesley brings 20 years’ experience leading high-performing teams to deliver positive climate impacts in global financial services organisations. Her appointment enhances the significant sustainability expertise within our business and broadens our ability to provide a best-in-market service to our clients, ensuring we are outperforming on ESG in our own operations and leading the industry by example.”
Holloway added: “I’m delighted to be joining an incredible team that’s transforming the built environment into a much fairer and more sustainable space. I look forward to working with the team to optimise and communicate CBRE’s own ESG performance – so we can continue leading from the front, embodying best practice, and supporting our clients to deliver real change.”
