Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has completed its first UK development, at CORE Milton Keynes.

The 340,000 sq ft scheme comprises three Grade A logistics buildings offering 46,490 sq ft, 71,737 sq ft and 221,775 sq ft on a 19.4-acre site.

Two of the units at the development, which is located on Merton Drive a short drive from Milton Keynes town centre, are conjoined to suit a single occupier or two separate occupiers.

CORE Milton Keynes has been delivered as a net zero carbon development in accordance with the UK Green Building Council’s NZC framework. The units were constructed to BREEAM Excellent and have an EPC A rating.

Mike Forster, head of UK logistics at Trammell Crow Company, said: “Just a year after achieving planning for our site in Milton Keynes, we’ve completed Trammell Crow Company’s first logistics development in the UK at net zero carbon. We’re well underway with our scheme in Sheffield now under construction and hope soon to secure planning permission at Heywood near Manchester.

“TCC’s momentum in the UK, as across Europe, is phenomenal and we fully expect to capitalise on it to secure further sites as we seek to become the country and the continent’s top developer.”

CBRE acted as the planning consultant for CORE Milton Keynes, Chetwoods was the architect and Glencar was the principal contractor.
