Cain International has reached practical completion on its 344,635 sq ft Barnsley 340 logistics scheme.
The Grade A warehouse unit offers 20,000 sq ft of office space and it is the penultimate asset to complete in Cain International’s initial £550m logistics portfolio acquisition from Firethorn Trust, which is delivering the site on behalf of Cain.
The unit is located within the Gateway 36 development close to junction 36 of the M1. It has a BREEAM Excellent rating and achieved net zero carbon during its construction.
