Gym franchise Anytime Fitness has taken a 4,500 sq ft unit at Topland Group’s Paradise View development in Birmingham.
The redevelopment of the former Beneficial Building building, which is being undertaken by Topland and partner CoLico Living, will see the office space converted into 159 build-to-rent apartments and 8,000 sq ft of retail and amenity space in addition to the gym.
The scheme is set for completion later this year and is due to open in January next year. BAM Construction has been delivering the refurbishment work at Paradise View.
