Pegasus has purchased the freehold of 31 Curzon Street in London’s West End from property developers and investors Richardsons for an undisclosed price.

The Grade-II listed, six-storey townhouse will serve as Pegasus’s HQ and group family office and a base for its operations across the UK and abroad.

Ivan Zhou, CEO of Pegasus, said: “This is a major milestone in the proud history of our company. It follows significant growth across all our group business lines, supports our strategic growth objectives and reflects our ambition for the future. As owner occupiers, we will use 31 Curzon Street for a whole host of activities, from client hospitality to international meetings and day-to-day internal and external conferences. It is now a key part of our investment portfolio.

“It is a fabulous townhouse with a wealth of history and a magnificent Georgian façade and we are now well underway with a comprehensive refurbishment to restore the building to its former glory. This was a rare opportunity to buy a super-prime building in the heart of Mayfair and we couldn’t pass it up. We are taking the utmost care with the refurbishment, which will cost £5m, starting with the main reception room and boardroom facing Curzon Street. The refurbishment will be complete by early summer 2027.”
