Scarborough Group International (SGI) has promoted Howard Cartwright to group project director.
Cartwright, who will also take up a position on the SGI board, joined the firm in 2016 and has played a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of the group’s development projects, with a particular focus on contract and risk management.
Simon McCabe, chief executive of SGI, said: “Over the past seven years, Howard has proven to be a trusted and valuable member of the team, and has done a remarkable job of setting rigorous standards throughout the design, construction and maintenance of our all our development projects.
“Howard’s appointment to the board is a strategic move, signalling our steadfast commitment and proactive approach to fostering a culture of accountability and transparency in relation to the technical aspects of development right across the business.
