Logistics and industrial property platform PLP has made a series of senior appointments as it prepares for further expansion.
Andrew Penny has been appointed as independent chairman of the business. Penny has served as senior advisor to the real estate corporate finance teams of Royal Bank of Canada, EY and Canaccord Genuity. He also spent 13 years at JPMorgan, where he was a managing director, global co-head of real estate investment banking.
James Deane joins the management team of PLP as finance director from Chancerygate, where he has spent the last 15 years. He previously held positions at Quintain and PwC.
And Jonathan Maher is joining PLP as a development director in January. He has spent the last nine years as a development director and shareholder at Bericote, and prior to that he was a partner at Cushman & Wakefield.
