Global management consultancy Alvarez & Marsal has taken 14,160 sq ft at M&G Real Estate’s The Lincoln office scheme in Manchester on a 10-year lease.
The company will occupy the top floor and the roof terrace space, which offers panoramic views across Manchester. Earlier this year, flexible office provider Cubo took 30,796 sq ft at The Lincoln on a 12.5-year lease.
The BREEAM Excellent-rated building’s amenity provision includes a wellness suite, relaxation room, spin and yoga studios, plus shower and changing facilities.
