Eagle Street Partners has let 5,254 sq ft of newly refurbished office space at Zone 5 in WestPoint, Peterborough, to accounting group Azets Holdings.
WestPoint benefits from on-site amenities such as a café, gym and sports hall, shower and locker facilities, purpose built prayer room and concierge services. There are also electric car charging points, bike racks and 800 car parking spaces.
The site is located four miles west of Peterborough city centre on Lynch Wood, approximately a 20-minute cycle ride from the train station.
William Rose, head of commercial agency at Savills Peterborough, which advised Eagle Street Partners on the letting, said: “We are delighted to have successfully completed the letting at WestPoint on behalf of Eagle Street Partners.
