Specialist hospitality and leisure property adviser Distrkt has recruited Henry Wilson from Shelley Sandzer as a director.
Wilson has been at Shelley Sandzer for the past 15 years and worked on the launch of Trinity Leeds for Landsec, and the letting of Princesshay in Exeter for The Crown Estate.
Camilla Topham, co-founder of Distrkt, said: “The scope of our work is now nationwide and with Henry’s vast experience and expertise, he will be playing a key role in the growth of our Manchester office where we have numerous exciting projects on the horizon for 2024.”
Wilson addfed: “Getting the blend of leisure, F&B and retail right in city centre schemes is now pivotal to their success and overall draw. As Distrkt’s instructions demonstrate, they are already a trusted consultant for many major landlords and we will be looking to build on that. Having previously been a colleague of Camilla, I’m excited by the prospect of working with her and the rest of the Distrkt team.”
