Two tenants have signed for space at the recently refurbished Grosvenor House office building in Redhill.
Lactalis has taken 17,000 sq ft on the first floor of the building and Deutsche Leasing has signed for 5,500 sq ft. There is just 5,500 sq ft left in the 50,000 sq ft building in two suites.
Grosvenor House is situated in a prominent position in the centre of Redhill overlooking the recently improved Memorial Park.
Mark Skelton, partner at SHW, which acted for the landlord on the lettings, said: “We always hoped there would be an occupier for the whole first floor as it provides such a rare opportunity and the location of the building and recent regeneration projects in the town has helped attract businesses to Redhill.”
