CBRE has bolstered its residential valuation capability with four new hires at its Bristol office.

Adam Greenwood (pictured) has joined as a senior director, Katie Hollick is joining as a director, Lauren Baddeley is joining as an associate director and Klaudia Gorz is joining CBRE as an assistant surveyor – all four are from JLL.

The new team also includes associate director Steph Passey who has moved from her role in CBRE’s development and residential capital markets team.

Richard Eames, executive director valuation and advisory, who spearheaded the creation of the team in Bristol, said: “There is growing demand from clients in need of support in all aspects of the living sector. By creating a dedicated team that is focused on this specific market, we can offer specialist support across the region. The team will work alongside our well-established and successful existing commercial valuation team and will be able to draw on that expertise where needed.”
