Gatehouse Investment Management has strengthened its structuring team with the recruitment of Megha Sharma as an analyst.
Sharma has previously worked for a number of investment management companies, including Brookfield Properties and PGIM Real Estate.
In her new role, she will focus on Gatehouse IM’s existing mandates from firms such as TPG Real Estate Partners, Carlyle Group and the Kuwait Investment Authority, in addition to supporting the team on wider initiatives and reporting.
Florian Graham-Watson, head of structuring at Gatehouse IM, said: “The weight of capital targeting the single-family build-to-rent sector makes this an extremely busy time for the team, and Megha’s arrival will provide significant additional analytical capacity.”
