LS Estates has recruited Rowan Jenkins from Quadrant Estates as managing director of development.
Jenkins, who started his career in Australia looking after major infrastructure and development projects at some of Australia’s leading real estate companies, such as Mirvac and Lendlease, was head of development at Quadrant and led the London office development team.
