Mitsubishi Estate London and Stanhope have completed three lettings at 8 Bishopsgate in the City taking the building to more than 80% let or under offer.
AEW has signed a 10-year lease for 8,540 sq ft, BancTrust & Co has taken 8,250 sq ft on a 10-year lease and Helios Towers has taken 12,000 sq ft on Level 21 on a 10-year lease.
