Birmingham-based residential developer and investor Sama Investments has appointed Richard Bowen as head of real estate and development.
Bowen, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the property and development industry, joins Sama from Cortland Partners where he was UK development director. He has previously also held senior roles at CLS Holdings and Spenhill Regeneration.
In his new role, Bowen will support the delivery of Sama Investments’ significant development pipeline across the UK, with a focus on the West Midlands and other regional cities.
