Barberry Group has acquired a site in Coventry from Homes England on which it intends to build a 50,750 sq ft industrial unit.
The developer is targeting an EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating for the Barberry 50 unit at Ansty Park.

The site has the capability of providing a generous 1 MVA of power and we are very much looking forward to delivering another outstanding advanced manufacturing unit. The building is available for built-to-suit occupier requirements on either a freehold or leasehold basis.
