easyJet has taken an assignment of the entirety of 800 The Boulevard at Capability Green, Luton, from Impellam Holdings.
The company has already commenced an extensive refurbishment of the 52,752 sq ft Grade A office building, which will deliver modern workspace for a number of business functions, including the new head office of easyJet Holidays.
Christopher Murphy, head of property and ID at easyJet, said: “We are delighted to have secured 800 The Boulevard to be the new head office of easyJet Holidays and provide a state-of-the-art operations centre for our airlines. The building will provide best-in-class office space for our colleagues that meet our growing priority for high quality, collaborative and amenity rich workplaces.”
