Avison Young has recruited Chris Ward from Colliers as capital markets director in its Manchester office.
Ward, who has more than a decade of experience working in national capital markets, joined Colliers as a graduate surveyor in 2011 and most recently served as an associate director in the capital markets team in Manchester.
In his new role, Ward will work alongside Avison Young’s investment, sector and consultancy teams to support regional and national investment clients.
