CBRE has promoted four members of its Birmingham office to associate director.
Veenam Gohil (building consultancy), Olivia Newport (industrial and logistics), Tom Nock (investment properties team) and Annie Stanford, who specialises in the valuation of residential assets, have all made the step up from senior surveyor.
In addition to the associate director promotions, Mark Smith has been promoted to senior surveyor in CBRE’s project management team.
